I prefer to be the only donor on this date. I am willing to share this date with another donor. [If shared, one donor would provide two (2) vases, and the other donor would provide one (1) centerpiece]. I am flexible with this date and willing to exchange dates with another flower donor, if necessary.

Payment may be made by cash, check payable to Bethlehem UCC, or online using the link provided in your confirmation email. Payment is required one week prior to your designated Sunday.

"The flowers on the altar are given by ________ in thanksgiving for their family, friends, and Bethlehem UCC."

"The flowers on the altar are given by ________in memory or celebration of _________."

After Service:

I will take all my flowers. I ordered two (2) vases; Please deliver one (1) and I will take one (1) home. Please deliver the arrangement to ANY church member or friend in need.

NOTE: If taking home an arrangement, please go to the Sacristy after worship service and allow an Altar Guild member to prepare the flowers for you to take with you. The brass vases are not to leave the church.
